The cottage is located in Lipno nad Vltavou in a quiet part called Kobylnice. It is a short distance from us to the forest, to the water and to the center of Lipno.

There is something to do in every season and the nature of Šumava offers plenty of enjoyment. In the summer, guests go for water, hiking, trips, etc.

After that, mushroom pickers and vacationers who prefer lower temperatures for outdoor activities will come to their senses. In winter you can find here enough snow for winter fun and everything will bloom beautifully for us in the spring.

The cottage is furnished on year-round use, so we will be happy to welcome you at any time.

We have in the whole cottage underfloor heating, stoves for long winter evenings, an indoor children's corner and an outdoor playground with a sandpit.

 

The garden is fully fenced to keep your pets safe and has a covered pergola with seating and barbecue.

In the attic there are two bedrooms with large double beds, on request we can prepare a travel cot with a weight limit up to 25 kg and in the living room there is a sofa bed.

They are on both floors terraces with wonderful views to nature and the dam.
